Online Counselling Across the UK

Compassionate Support for Anxiety, Trauma & ADHD

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, you’re not alone.
I offer online counselling across the UK, providing a calm, supportive space where you can begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing and find a way forward that feels right for you.

Based in Bristol, I work with clients nationwide via secure online sessions, making therapy accessible wherever you are.

How I Can Help

You might be coming to counselling because something doesn’t feel quite right — even if you can’t fully put it into words yet.

I regularly support clients with:

  • Anxiety and persistent worry

  • Trauma and difficult past experiences

  • ADHD and feelings of overwhelm

  • Low self-esteem and self-doubt

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Feeling stuck, lost or disconnected

Together, we can explore what’s going on for you at your own pace, in a way that feels safe and manageable.

Online Counselling – Flexible, Private, and Effective

Online therapy offers a flexible way to access support without needing to travel. Sessions take place via Zoom, allowing you to join from a space where you feel comfortable and secure.

Many clients find that online counselling:

  • Fits more easily around work and daily life

  • Feels less intimidating than in-person sessions

  • Provides a greater sense of control and comfort

Is just as effective as face-to-face therapy.

My Approach

I offer a warm, non-judgemental and collaborative approach to counselling. My work is grounded in building a trusting therapeutic relationship, where you feel heard and understood.

I draw on an integrative approach, which means I adapt how I work to suit you as an individual — rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

Counselling with me is not about being told what to do. It’s about creating space for you to understand yourself more deeply, process your experiences, and move towards meaningful change.

What It’s Like to Work Together

Starting counselling can feel like a big step. You might be unsure what to expect, or whether it’s the right time.

Our first session is an opportunity to:

  • Talk about what’s bringing you to counselling

  • Ask any questions you might have

  • Get a sense of whether we feel like a good fit

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.

Availability

I currently have limited availability for new clients.
If you’re interested in working together, I’d encourage you to get in touch to discuss current options.

If you’re looking for online counselling in the UK and feel that my approach might be right for you, you’re welcome to reach out.

You can contact me via the form on this website or by email, and I’ll aim to respond as soon as possible.

Taking the first step can feel difficult, but you don’t have to do it alone.
