ADHD Support & Coaching

Understanding ADHD in a supportive, compassionate space.

Living with ADHD can feel overwhelming. Managing a racing mind, navigating relationships, staying organised, or simply making sense of how your brain works. Neurodivergence isn’t a weakness; it’s part of who you are and with the right understanding and support, it can become a strength.

At Claire Robertson Counselling, I offer a dedicated ADHD-focused support and coaching service tailored for adults. Whether you’ve recently been diagnosed, are considering a diagnosis, or simply want support to navigate life with a neurodivergent brain - you’re welcome here.

What I Offer

  • I draw on integrative therapeutic techniques alongside neurodiversity-informed coaching. Together we’ll explore not just symptoms, but how ADHD shows up in you, your patterns, your triggers, your strengths.

  • All ADHD support is available via online/remote sessions giving flexibility and comfort from your own space.

  • I know ADHD can carry stigma, misunderstanding, and frustration. In our work together you’ll find empathy, acceptance, and a place to explore without judgement.

  • From executive-functioning support through to life management, emotional regulation and navigating relationships sessions aim to be practical and applicable.

How ADHD Support Can Help

People come to me for ADHD support for many reasons, you might recognise yourself in some of these situations:

  • Feeling overwhelmed by daily life: disorganisation, procrastination, mood swings or emotional overload

  • Struggling with self-esteem, self-confidence, or identity issues related to neurodivergence

  • Wanting to understand more about how ADHD affects you - in relationships, work, parenting, or life changes (hormones, menopause, stress)

  • Needing support beyond diagnosis: managing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, trauma, or past neglect, intersections where ADHD and mental health overlap
