Counselling

During our time together, we will uncover ways to help you live a happier, healthier and sustainable life.

I recognise that every person is unique, a sum of their own life’s experiences and relationships.

We will work collaboratively, creating a safe space, within which you can be open and honest, with complete confidentiality.

We will take an integrated approach, exploring and discussing the different techniques that we try, and responding to what works for you.
